الشروط والأحكام :
1. تم تطوير هذا النظام بواسطة سلطان الفارسي -عمل حرّ - مقيّد بالسجل التجاري :1542283 بسلطنة عمان ويشار له ب(المشرف التقني).
2. بإستمرار إستخدامك لهذا النظام فأنت توافق على كافة الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بها.
3. يوفّر هذا النظام خدمة إدارة المعاهد والمراكز التدريبية داخل سلطنة عمان وخارجها .
4. يقتصر عمل المشرف التفني فقط على خدمات الدعم الفني وتطوير النظام فقط ولا يقوم المشرف الفني بأي خدمات للتدريب.
5. أي خدمات تدريب معلن عنها يشار للمركز التدريبي بشكل صريح فيها الذي أعلن عنها مع عرض الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمركز التدريبي.
6. كل صاحب حساب مسؤول عن حسابه مسؤولية تامة ويتحمل قانونيا ومالياً أي مخالفات تصدر منه.
7. يحق للمشرف الفنّي حظر أو إيقاف أي حساب متدرب أو مؤسسة بسبب سوء إستخدام للنظام مهما كان نوعه وبدون ذكر الأسباب الداعية لذلك.
8. نقوم بتحديث الشروط والأحكام دورياً لذلك يجب أن يتم مراجعتها من قبلكم بشكل دوري وعند تسجيل أي دخول للمنصّة ستوافق على أي إصدار جديد للشروط والأحكام .
سياسة الإرجاع والإلغاء :
1. بالنسبة لمراكز التدريب : بالنسبة لبعض الخدمات المدفوعة الأخرى، يرجى قراءة الشروط والأحكام لكل خدمة مدفوعة مرفقة قبل إتمام عملية الدفع الإلكترونية .
2. بالنسبة للمتدربين المستفيدين من خدمات مراكز التدريب: قراءة الشروط والأحكام للمركز التدريبي التابعة له قبل شراء الدورات التدريبية وفي حالة عدم توفرها يرجى التواصل المباشر مع المركز التدريبي وطلب توضيح عنها .
3. يحصل كل مشتري في أي خدمة على وثيقة إلكترونية بصيغة PDF تصيغ عقدالشراكة وتعتبر مرجعاً رئيسيا في حالة وجود أي خلاف وعلى إثره ، يتحمّل المركز التدريبي الشروط والأحكام التي سجّلها في حساب مركزه التدريبي وتكون مرفقة في وثيقة الشراء للمتدربين الذي أشتروا الخدمة .
سياسة الخصوصية :
1. نستخدم بياناتكم في إرسال رسائل ترويجية مستقبلاً لتجعلكم على إطلاع بجديد الدورات التدريبية المعلن عنها ويحق لكم طلب إيقاف إستلام أي إشعار بالرد على الإشعار بكلمة "إيقاف" وسيقوم الفريق الفني بمراجعة الحساب وإيقاف إستلام أي إشعارات مشابهه.
2. نقوم بجمع أي بيانات بطريقة تعبئة المستخدم لها أو بجمعها إلكترونياً وآليا عبر النظام أو أي طرق أخرى متاحة .
3. البيانات ملك للمشرف التقني ولا يحق لأي مؤسسة تدريبية التعامل معها إلا وفق الشيء المتاح لها .
4. يستخدم المشرف الفنّي البيانات لتطوير النظام وتحليلها وإستخدامها بما يخدم تطور النظام وجعله منصّة رائدة في هذا المجال.
رسوم النظام :
1. بالنسبة لمراكز التدريب : توفر المنصّة 3 باقات إشتراك لمراكزالتدريب في المنصّة وهي (المجانية – الفضّية – الذهبية ) ولكل خدمة ميزاتها الخاصة بها يرجى الإطلاع عليها بعد إنشاء حساب في المنصّة بالذهاب إلى صفحة الخدمات المدفوعة .
2. بالنسبة لمراكز التدريب : لا يتم فرض رسوم مسبقة إلا بعد قراءة تفاصيل الخدمة المدفوعة والموافقة على الشروط والأحكام للخدمة المدفوعة والشراء الإلكتروني المباشر.
3. بالنسبة للمتدربين المستفيدين من خدمات مراكز التدريب : لا نقوم بفرض أي رسوم في المنصّة على المتدربين وأي رسوم تفرض هي لمراكز التدريب وتذهب بشكل مباشر إلى حساب المركز التدريبي.

Terms and Conditions :
1. This system was developed by Sultan Al Farsi - a freelancer - registered in the commercial register: 1542283 in the Sultanate of Oman and is referred to as (the technical supervisor).
2. By continuing to use this system, you agree to all its terms and conditions.
3. This system provides a service for managing institutes and training centers within and outside the Sultanate of Oman.
4. The technical supervisor's work is limited to technical support and system development only, and the technical supervisor does not provide any training services.
5. Any training services advertised will explicitly refer to the training center that announced them along with the presentation of the center's specific terms and conditions.
6. Each account holder is fully responsible for their account and bears legal and financial responsibility for any violations issued from it.
7. The technical supervisor has the right to ban or suspend any trainee account or institution due to misuse of the system, regardless of its nature, without stating the reasons for doing so.
8. We regularly update the terms and conditions, so you must review them periodically, and upon logging into the platform, you will agree to any new version of the terms and conditions.
Return and Cancellation Policy :
1. For training centers: For some other paid services, please read the terms and conditions for each paid service attached before completing the electronic payment process.
2. For trainees benefiting from training center services: Read the terms and conditions of the affiliated training center before purchasing training courses, and if they are not available, please contact the training center directly for clarification.
3. Each buyer of any service receives an electronic document in PDF format, a partnership contract, which serves as the main reference in case of any dispute. The training center is responsible for the terms and conditions registered in its training center account and is attached to the purchase document for trainees who have purchased the service.
Privacy Policy :
1. We use your data to send promotional messages in the future to keep you informed about new training courses announced. You have the right to request to stop receiving any notification by replying to the notification with the word "Stop," and the technical team will review the account and stop receiving any similar notifications.
2. We collect any data through user input forms or electronically and automatically through the system or any other available methods.
3. The data is owned by the technical supervisor, and no training institution has the right to deal with it except as available to them.
4. The technical supervisor uses the data to develop and analyze the system and use it to serve the system's development and make it a leading platform in this field.
System Fee :
1. For training centers: The platform provides 3 subscription packages for training centers on the platform: (Free - Silver - Gold), and each service has its own features. Please refer to them after creating an account on the platform by going to the paid services page.
2. For training centers: No fees are imposed in advance except after reading the details of the paid service and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the paid service and making a direct electronic purchase.
3. For trainees benefiting from training center services: We do not impose any fees on trainees on the platform, and any fees imposed are for training centers and go directly to the training center's account.
